What Will You be Doing

Work with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements

Understand how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and develop QA approaches that fit the overall strategy

Be responsible for development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses

Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution

Build a team of top-notch quality engineers – both for manual and automation tests

Work with a team of SDETs and QAEs to ensure the highest quality product delivery

Drive the organization towards total automation of all test cases

Be the scrum master for complex projects

Lead by example and create a high performance environment in the team

What are we Looking For

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering from a top-tier institution

5+ years of experience managing QA teams in complex web-based software projects

Deep understanding of technology and ability to plan and execute test plans

Proven track record of managing QA for successful software platforms

Natural leadership qualities
